โรงแรมเซ็นทารา หาดใหญ่ จัด กิจกรรมบริจาคโลหิต ในวันพฤหัสบดี ที่ 28 มีนาคม 2562 เวลา 13.00 – 16.00 น.
ณ บริเวณชั้น 1 (บริเวณอุโมงค์คาปู) (รถให้บริการบริจาคโลหิต)
โลหิตทุกยูนิตที่ได้รับบริจาคจากท่าน สภากาชาดไทย จะนำไปใช้ในการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยทั่วประเทศ
คำแนะนำ…การเตรียมตัวก่อนบริจาคโลหิต
1. พักผ่อนอย่างน้อย 6 ชั่วโมง
2. งดทานอาหารมัน/ของทอด ก่อนบริจาค
3. สุขภาพแข็งแรง ไม่ทานยา
4. น้ำหนักตัว 45 กิโลกรัมขึ้นไป
5. ไม่อยู่ในช่วงมีประจำเดือน หรือมีอาการปวดหลัง
6. ค่าความเข้มข้นของเลือด ผู้หญิง มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 12.5g/dl ผู้ชาย มากว่าหรือเท่ากับ 13.5 G/dl
7. การฉีดวัคซีนไข้หวัดธรรมดา อย่างน้อยหลังฉีด 3 วัน บาดทะยัก 1 เดือน

Centara Hat Yai joins the Thai Red Cross Society to donate blood. On Thursday, March 28, 2019, at 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, on the 1st floor (car donation service)

Suggestions … Blood Donation
1. Relax at least 6 hours.
2. Do not eat fried foods before donating.
3. Healthy, not a drug user.
4. Weight of 45 kg or more.
5. Not in menstrual period Or back pain
6. The blood concentration of women is greater than or equal to 12.5g / dl. Men are more or equal to 13.5 G / dl.
7. Regular flu vaccination At least 3 days after injection. Tetanus 1 month
